We provide ongoing maintenance for your site, including:
We can train you and your employees in the use of the various web applications (image galleries, blogs, knowledgebases, etc.) that we implement on your site.
We can also help you set up your local PC or Macintosh email clients (e.g. Thunderbird, Outlook, Outlook Express, Entourage, Eudora) to work with your domain's email accounts.
We can upgrade your site as your needs grow; adding additional pages, webforms, blogs, galleries, etc.
And we will update the underlying web mechanisms as new versions and software patches become available.
We can also upgrade existing sites that have obsolete or poorly written HTML.
We have been working with some of our customers for the better part of a decade and have taken them through a number of upgrades and improvements as their businesses expanded and needs changed.
Equally well, if it "ain't broke" we won't insist on fixing it. We still host and support a website for our original customer, hynesauto.com, which we created in 1997!
The underlying web coding is rather dated but it continues to work well for the customer, bringing in about 800 new web visitors a month.
We can also help you with your small office or home office computing needs, including: selecting equipment, obtaining broadband access, setting up local area networks, etc.
We can also suggest what software will best meet your needs. We have a fair bit of experience with office productivity software, particularly Excel.
Our office has a WinXP machine, an OS X Macintosh, and a SUSE Linux server connected by a WiFi/wired ethernet/HomePlug network sharing a Verizon DSL broadband connection and three printers.
